Adobe Flash Player plug-in won't load in Chrome

In Chrome, plug-in won't load ("Can't load plugin") so video at BBC site won't work. Ex:

• http://www.bbc.com/news/business-35381524
• Can't tell what the plug-in is that won't load, alas.

In Firefox and IE, plug-in is fine. And once loaded, one discovers it is the Adobe Flash plug-in.
