The RMCC team was created to address high coagulant loss in the Rapid Mix tube and create an alternate design for Rapid Mix to happen. Our goals this semester are to design and build a contact chamber to add to the Rapid Mix process and research how this chamber will affect the Rapid Mix efficiency and coagulant losses. This semester the team will vary geometry and residence time to find the best design for this chamber. |
