We can get a dual-sided (duplex) capable printer to show as such, but in later reboots the printer software reverts to showing a single-sided-only (simplex) printer. (HP)
- That is, one ends up not even having the option to choose double-sided. Even though it can initially be made to see it's double-sided. Or something like that!
- Is the root problem (must better characterize than the above?) actually a VDI issue? Or can the problem appear on any Windows system?
- The Dell printer does not exhibit this problem. It always shows it is dual-sided capable. And it retains its setting to defaulting to double-sided.
3) Also, default printer is not retained.
