Ken Goldman is the chief financial officer of Yahoo!. In this role, he is responsible for responsible for Yahoo!’s global finance functions including financial planning and analysis, controllership controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Most recently, he was CFO of CFO of Fortinet. He served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial officer of Siebel Systems, Inc. and Excite@Home Corporation and Corporation and Sybase, Inc. Goldman was named among “America’s 15 Most Connected Capitalists” for 2010 by Forbes magazine and currently He currently serves on the board of directors of of directors of Gigamon, NXP Semiconductor, Yahoo! Japan, NXP SemiconductorTrinet, GigamonGoPro, and Inc. and several private companies. Mr. He  Goldman was formerly a member of the board of trustees of Cornell University from 2005 to 2013 and was designated as Emeritus Trustee. He was formerly a member of the Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession. He also previously served on the FASB’s primary advisory group, the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council, a public committee that made recommendations in September 2008 to encourage a more sustainable auditing profession. Mr. Goldman was named among “America’s 15 Most Connected Capitalists” for 2010 by Forbes magazine and currently serves on the board of directors of Yahoo Japan, NXP Semiconductor, Gigamon, GoPro and several private companiesappointed a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Standing Advisory Group (“SAG”), commencing on January 1, 2015. Mr. Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
