Note the ARLIS best practices for title and statement of responsibility states: Exhibition publications often require more use of cataloger's judgment, and more intervention in terms of transposing, omitting, and supplying date.

You can in RDA allows, but you can't have a relationship designator and a |t title analytic. Note: perhaps even encourages it; but related works don't have to be traced in added headings access points in RDA - sometimes a quoted note may be better. If you do create an analytic, remember, you can't use a |e relationship designator after the creator with a |t title analytic.
