2. We discussed the TSI MOU and realize realized that references to 2CUL currency need to be found and removed now that we are tracking using hours or percentage of labor when necessary. There are outstanding questions of how any reconciliation of effort/hours is done and how to record effort/hours. Work is needed on a statement of work template.
