  • Review of CATS Toolkit - work of the Assessment sub-team
    • Trying to find ways for instructors to incorporate assessment tools easily into existing assignments
      • Gauge students' understanding
      • Feedback on teaching
      • Toolbox should be "Plug and play"
        • Variety of sample assignments
        • Suggestions for use
    • Steps toward quantifiable / documented assessment of library instruction

    • Seeking feedback from PSEC Instruction team and from other library instructors
      • Please forward to other library instructors for review and testing
        • Questions, comments, results, suggested adaptations all very welcome
        • Hope to promote these during the Assessment Expo

        • Adapted version: used as springboard for discussion.

    • Approx. 30 registrants, including many colleagues from other institutions

    • Don't feel constrained by 15 minute time frame

      • Trudy Jacobsen confirmed as keynote speaker (Kornelia will introduce)
