As such, problems issues Bob may encounter with the network or phone services should be directed to PhysIT.
- PhysIT can help resolve issues with the network of phone services themselves (by working with CIT) or funding-related issues with those services (by working with the Physics Admin office).Examples include:
- getting jacks activated
- providing network configurations (necessary for new networked devices)
- getting a phone number changed or added
All other IT-related services issues
