- Done: Change the FMPro's address to a cname rather than just an IP number.
- On-goingDone: Changing staff computers so they point to the cname rather than to an IP number.
- On-going for this step: identify who is using the FMPro server.
- Done (12/5/13): Server physically moved to PhysIT's server room, from Barry's server room. (Temporary!)
- When cut-over made, any remaining computers not able to access the FMPro server will be changed as soon as PhysIT hears about it.
- Some access elements had to change.
- Upgraded FMPro server from v10 to v11.
- To do: HARDEST STEP!
- Clarify databases needed and their relationships to each other.
- Establish proper access configurations.
- Possible: Move databases to PhysIT virtual machine (since more robust than current physical server). (Again, temporary!)
- To do: Migrate databases to A&S's FMPro server.
