Clear your cache

Per CU's Remedy Support Team, 9/27/13: If you have issue with Remedy this morning, there is a good chance that the problem can be resolved by clearing your browser cache. Instructions for how to do this in the major browsers can be found at:

There is no need to clear your browsing history, cookies, or other elements. If after clearing the browser cache, you still cannot log in, please email remedy-admin@cornell.edu for assistance.
