This semester I am on the Turbulent Tube Floc team. We hope to finalize the design of and fabricate a turbulent tube flocculator for researching turbulent conditions - primarily the limited growth flocculation hypothesis. So far we have determined that our standard solenoid valves deliver a flow rate of roughly 67 mL/s, which would not be sufficient for our design (which requires 101 mL/s).
