Notes of exceptions

• Most image additions to the CCB web site is view news and announcements. The interface to do that work includes the facility for image uploads so the below information does not pertain.
• The image of the faculty members within each CCB faculty page is managed by A&S Communications and must therefore go through them. Again, the below information does not pertain within that context.

Images

1. Choose images
2. Drill down to find the subsite where the images reside (drop box at the top)
3. Include "child subsites" if it is a higher level site (checkbox)
4. Hit filter box in uper right corner to reload selections
5. Select the check box for each photo for which you want to take action
6. Choose the action you want to take in the lower right drop box
7. Hit go and follow the instructions
