To create an account, per CISER's email to CRCF on 3/15/13:
- Each user must fill out the application located on our web site: http://www.ciser.cornell.edu/athena_newacct.shtml

- Under the text entry, "Comments, explanation of "other" status, special requirements:", you can put something like, "Add to Chemistry's annual subscription."
Then CISER assigns the accounts to specific subscriptions. - Please notify CRCF when you apply- thank you!
