To fix permit cache, permit look-ups more efficient and  use production Directory server

Corrected cron script to automatically clean up files in the/global/tc/app/instances/uportal-prod/persistent_area/temp directory in order to fix problem of lengthy logins. Cron is set to run each day at 3:00 a.m.
Users were experiencing lengthy login time, up to and sometimes beyond a minute
