Reservation Procedure
Reservations will be made directly with The Statler Hotel & J. Willard Marriott Education Center, attendees must dial the hotel directly and request the Reservations Department. Make sure to indicate the group affiliation "IVY+" when making reservations.

All confirmed reservations must be guarenteed. A guarentee may take the form of an advance deposit for the first night's lodging, an appropriate valid credit card number and expiration date (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche are accepted by The Statler Hotel & J. Willard Marriott Executive Education Center).

Guest Room Cut-Off Date
All Guestrooms Guest Rooms will be heald held until April 7, 2008. After this date, any unused portions of the block will be released for general sale. The Statler Hotel & J. Willard Marriott Executive Education Center will continue to accept reservations after this date on a space-available basis, at current available rates.

Check In/Check Out
Check-in time is 3PM. Room assignment prior to this time is subject to availability. Checkout time is noon. Any departures after this time are subject to a late checkout charge. Any guest who has not checked out by 4PM will be charged an additional night's stay at the published rate for the room being occupied.Reservation Procedure Reservations will be made directly with The Statler Hotel & J. Willard Marriott Education Center on an individual basis. In order to facilitate reservations, attendees must dial the hotel directly and request the Reservations Department. It is imperative that individuals indicate their group affiliation when making reservations. Our toll-free number is 1-800-541-2501.

Group Rooms/Conference Parking
The STatler Statler Hotel & J. Willard Executive Education Center will provide for overnight guests at a rate of $10 per car, per night plus applicable NYS Taxes. The parking fee is subject to change without notice.

The Statler Hotel & J. Willard Marriott Executive Education Center provides shuttle service to and from the Tomplins Tompkins County Airport 7 days per week. This complimentary service is limited to one van, which accommodates 10 individuals plus luggage; therefore, we strongly encourage you to make advance reservations by contacting our The Statler Hotel & J. Willard Marriott Education Center reservations department or front desk.
