Meeting Minutes / Weekly Progress Reports
Each team is expected to post meeting minutes or a weekly progress report. This posting should follow the guidelines given below, which is easy to do by using the "AguaClara Meeting Minutes" template available on the wiki. Once meeting minutes are posted in the correct location on your team's wiki page, you must go to the completed assignments page and paste the web address to your completed minutes.
First Week
For the first week during the first set of summer meeting minutes will be due before 5 PM on Wednesday. The first meeting minutes will have the following expecations documented:

The purpose is to review expectations of meeting minutes during the first meeting of class and to individually make comments to teams on their structure. The revised set of meeting minutes along with additional meeting minutes will be due 5 PM Friday June 12th. If you are not able to accomplish all of the objectives by Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will give your team additional time.
Second Week
The second week is where all research teams will come up with a research plan for that week and carry out experiments. This progress and the research plan should be documented in the meeting minutes.
Grading
Meeting minutes are graded solely based on completion. If meeting minutes are posted to the wiki and linked to the completed assignments page on time, then team members receive full credit. Half credit is awarded for any late minutes.
Grading for meeting minutes is not based on what the team has accomplished during the week, as it is understood that some weeks are more productive than others.
Structuring Meeting Minutes
There will be two components of meeting minutes: a team contribution section and an individual contribution section. The team section can be structured based upon the MAE website.
