Spring 2009 Contributions (Midterm)
I'm on the Design team, and throughout the first half of the spring semester I've been working mostly with MathCAD. In the beginning, I was helping Heather Reed with the spreadsheet of specifications for the Gracias plant. I also updated the description for the 4 Communities plant on the Design Team Wiki page. Additionally, I updated the Fluid Functions section in our MathCAD Master Program file with the formula, based on Monroe's comments, which calculates the area of a floc port with given energy dissipation rate to ensure that flocs will not break up.
