*Organize a specific plan for eduation of communities that will be recieving AguaClara plants

    • This will take some research, start by determining how this was done in the past (ask Monroe)
    • Do a liturature search on implimentation (education) of social benifits (water, and sanitation) in developing countries, Scott will help you with this
    • Design a process for educating the community about the benifits of the water treatment plant
    • Look into the current guidelines for educating plant oporators, are the current guidelines still valid, are they specific enuff or do they need to me simplified, are all AguaClara designed technologies included (automatic chemical doser?)
  • Write an emails to donors
    • Be specific, describe where their money went and what it was used for
    • Send pictures to them
    • Create a list serve using the AguaClara Gmail account and keep them updated with AguaClara events

Joe Redondo Grant Design:

  • Create a general grant template that can be talored to specific fund requests
  • Send Scott information about what resources you are using to write grants
  • Keep the Fund Raising Working Group on task and focused
  • Compile a data base comprising of possible funders that could be investigated
