Each subteam needs a strong section written on what work should be done by the future members of their team. This section should also recommend training needed at the beginning of the next semester and any special skills or requirements for future team members. Other important information to include will be how many people the team needs and the name of a potential subteam leader (if known).
This list is used by new members the next semester so they can decide which teams to join. It is also used for the next team to determine what their semester goals should be.
There is a template available for this page- please use it! Each team should create their future challenges page on the same page that they create the links to each semester's goals (i.e. Research>Automated Plant Inflow System>Chemical Doser>Goals>CD Challenges for Spring 2009).
