Update the assignments page to contain the correct dates and links for the next semester.

Update the links on the assingments assignments page so that all the assignments are properly described, and the correct syllabus, team member list, etc are linked to. These links have to be updated by the beginning of each semester so they link to the new syllabus and roster.
